This is a very quick little bike! It is fast!!!!! It has well earned the nickname "The Blue Flame". It has 5 PAS speeds but you have to respect this thing! The current display options display the wattage on the front wheel drive motor and it peaks at about 1300 watts!!! I am about 165 lbs and I have got up to 35 Miles Per Hour on this bike as have several of my friends. It has only around 34 miles on the odometer since new. Regarding the range you will get out of a full charge on the battery, I read a lot of electric bike claims on Amazon regarding pedal assist or throttle only and it's my opinion that they exaggerate on virtually all of them. I assume that riding this bike mellow with this big battery should hold up for 25 miles or so in the lower speeds. This is a throttle only electric bike but also include the pedal assist wiring so it can be installed if the buyer wants to add it later. The new owner would have to swap out the 1 piece crank for a 3 piece crank & adapter. This includes the 2 Amp 48 volt battery charger. Thanks for looking!
