UPDATE!!!
Got a reprieve from the Mrs. I've got another week to get this furniture to someone who can use it. Still need to move quickly. This is decent furniture - no rips or tears in the sofa. A bit of wear on the coffee table legs, just enough to look loved instead of never used.
It will be in the trash on 3/20. And you don't have to take both. One or the other would be great.
