Fleck 7000 sxt water softener

Unit is 11 years old. I started to have poor water pressure with it and replaced it. It was functional though.
I damaged two of the red retaining clips while disassembling. They’re still working but needs to be noted. other then that it’s as it was when it was installed.
Also needs a new drain hose
