You can also take the mattresses if you want them. The top mattress is very soft and the bottom one is a spring mattress that you wouldn't want to sleep on directly. The frame looks to be in good condition. I've fully disassembled the frame so it shouldn't be too difficult to transport. I can help carry the pieces and the mattress. I also have bedsheets and mattress covers if you want them.
