This is a fantastic stepper but the motor needs tweaking. We are moving and I don’t have time to repair so hoping someone else will enjoy it. New was $1200. There’s no damage to the unit at all. It comes with a pad, the motor just makes a clanking noise. It’s a known issue and doesn’t seem too bad to fix. Sorry for all the boxes around the photos we are moving.
