Here at Lead Advisors, we're seeking for a motivated, organized and talented individual who will be working directly with our CEO to help oversee multiple writers, stringers & contributors who provide content to our tech startup news channels. You will be doing things like assigning topics or articles to selected writers and scheduling timelines and updating the daily calendar to ensure we're constantly staying up to date with our monthly publication quota.

Must be proficient in WordPress and major social media platforms, as well as the English language encompassing strong writing, proofreading and journalism copy editing skills.
Must manage publication schedule, social media post schedule and deadlines.
The candidate should be familiar with the Adobe CC Photoshop, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. this position requires exceptional time management skills to track and complete to-do's by calendar and organizational timelines.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience.

Must be comfortable working on a variety of tasks simultaneously, capable of multitasking and working under deadlines.

Breakdown of the to-do's for this job description

Build lists of trending keywords based on direction of trending topics (provided by chief editorial).
Must be able to strategize topics for writers each week - ( assist in gathering content, related keywords)
Must be able to gather evergreen content topics
Ability to update page titles & meta descriptions of published articles. ble to write engaging headlines based on topics that are being sent to the design team for image design
Update content within our sister blog page 5 times per week (2 hours per day)
Ability to report to upper management with proper timeline and execution plan
Proofread, fact check and copy edit text for website/social media and other digital platforms.
Prepare and post website/social media news items and photos
Prepare text and content for social posts - a minimum of four times weekly.
Help with digital copy & ads to website - weekly/monthly.

Overall, respond to requests and assist project manger & group of writers with miscellaneous digital-related editorial and administrative duties.

Excellent organizational skills a must.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and people abilities.
Strong writing and rewriting skills.
Very strong attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
