Real estate training – looking for a few people to practice with locally (Fullerton)

I’m currently in training to become a real estate agent, and part of my program involves setting up short, in-person sessions with a licensed agent so I can gain real experience.
I’m looking for a few people who’d be open to helping me out. It’s about 30–45 minutes and completely informational (no sales or pressure).
We go over general topics like home buying, renting vs. owning, and answer any questions you might already have.
These sessions are structured and guided as part of my training, and I’m just there to learn and take notes.
I’m currently looking for a few people available this week or next.
