Mason Reconstruction is hiring a Truck Driver to join our multifamily renovation team. This position plays a key role in supporting our field operations by hauling materials, transporting our dump trailer, and keeping job sites supplied and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely haul and deliver construction materials, equipment, and debris using company trucks and dump trailers
- Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver them to job sites as directed
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized trucks and trailers
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Assist with jobsite setup, material staging, demo, or light labor when needed
- Communicate clearly with Superintendents and Foremen to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and schedules
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Experience driving trucks with trailers (dump trailer experience preferred)
- Familiar with load securement, basic vehicle maintenance, and safe hauling practices
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Physically able to lift and move materials
- Must pass a drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
