Established Orange County Asphalt Paving Contractor is seeking experienced and motivated Asphalt Operators and Skilled Tradesmen to join our growing asphalt paving team. Candidates must be dependable, safety-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced paving environment on commercial, municipal, and private projects.

Roller Operators
Screed Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Class A Drivers
Laborers / Rakers
Grade Checkers
Concrete & Asphalt Skilled Tradesmen
Responsibilities
Operate paving and construction equipment safely and efficiently
Perform asphalt paving, grading, patching, and site preparation
Assist crews with layout, traffic control, and cleanup
Follow project specifications and supervisor direction
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
Work effectively with foremen, superintendents, and crew members
Qualifications
Previous asphalt paving or heavy construction experience preferred
Ability to operate paving equipment safely
Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and jobsite safety
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional night work
Strong work ethic and team attitude
OSHA certifications are a plus
