​We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Pharmacy Couriers/Delivery Drivers to join our team, serving the critical LAX to Brea corridor and surrounding Southern California areas. This position offers a chance to start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business need. You will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their necessary medications safely and on time.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Timely and Safe Delivery: Pick up and deliver prescription medications, medical supplies, and sensitive documents from the pharmacy to patient homes, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
​Route Management: Efficiently plan and execute delivery routes across the LAX/Long Beach to Brea/Orange County area, utilizing GPS and route optimization apps.
​Compliance: Adhere strictly to all privacy (e.g., HIPAA) and safety regulations regarding the transport and handling of temperature-sensitive and confidential pharmaceutical items.
​Documentation: Accurately document all deliveries, obtain required signatures, and process any necessary payments upon delivery.
​Customer Service: Maintain a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor when interacting with pharmacy staff, patients, and facility personnel.
​Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and reliable delivery vehicle (either company or personal, depending on contract/employment terms).
​Required Qualifications:
​Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid, current state-issued driver's license.
​Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
​Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle (if using personal vehicle) or ability to operate a company-provided vehicle safely.
​Insurance: Current proof of auto insurance.
​Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
​Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and be mobile/operate a vehicle for extended periods.
​Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on pharmacy demand.
​Preferred Skills:
​Familiarity with the greater Los Angeles and Orange County freeway systems and local routes (LAX, Brea, Fullerton, Santa Fe Springs, etc.).
​Excellent time management and organizational skills.
​Strong communication and customer service skills.
​Compensation and Benefits:
​Competitive Hourly Pay: Starting pay $18.00
​Mileage Reimbursement: (If using personal vehicle)
