Well maintained. Has walk-around queen bed with excellent mattress; can be converted to a single bed with more floor space. AC, heater, refrigerator (AC and propane), kitchen sink, microwave, nice stereo/CD system with indoor and outdoor speakers. TV antenna. Dinette converts to 68" bed. Bathroom has sink, cupboard, flush toilet, and full shower with small tub. Wired for solar panels (not installed). Has a good spare tire. 33 gallon fresh water tank, 25 gallon gray water, 25 gal. black water, 6 gal. hot water. Two propane tanks. New awning, roof freshly recalked.
Included with the trailer is the tow hitch and weight distribution bars (around $700 new).
Light weight trailer (2821 lbs) easy to tow.
