We are looking for a reliable and experienced handyman/ skilled tradesman to assist with ongoing property management maintenance work. This is a part time to eventually Full time potential work for the right person involves servicing multi family and single family residential properties.

Required Skills
Must have experience in:
Basic to Intermediate electrical work
(outlets, switches, lights, troubleshooting)

Plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets, valves)

Drywall repair & patching
Painting & touch ups
Door Hardware, cabinets, fixtures
General maintenance and repair tasks
Ability to diagnose issues and work independently

Requirements
Previous handyman or maintenance experience

Own basic tools
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Professional attitude & clean work
Ability to follow work orders and timelines
