LP Floor Care is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled subcontractor to help handle a steady flow of wood floor installs, screen & recoats, and full refinishing projects. 🔨 Pay Structure:
$200–$300 per day depending on experience
20%–50% job splits based on scope and skill level
We provide materials or can work with your setup

Work available throughout Orange County beach cities:
San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach
🛠️ Work Scope:
Hardwood floor installation, refinishing, screen & recoat, buff & coat
Tile and wood surface cleaning and sealing
Tile honing, cement staining, buffing, and deep cleaning
Tile installation or regrouting (a plus!)
Light repairs: patching, filling, sealing (optional)
Installer-only jobs also available if preferred
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in wood floor installation or refinishing (required)
Skills in tile honing, staining, or grouting are a big plus
Having your own tools (sanders, buffers, extractors, etc.) is preferred but not required
Reliable, clean-cut, and professional
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Able to work solo or lead a small crew depending on the job
