As one of the premier high-end custom cabinet shops in Orange County, TCM is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Woodworker to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of shop experience in cabinet making or woodworking
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
Basic experience operating table saws, sliding saws, routers, edge banders, and related woodworking machinery
Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Skills:
Mechanical aptitude and woodworking knowledge
Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Strong reading and mathematical aptitude (measurements, layouts, fractions)
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced shop environment
