TCM, one of the premier high-end custom cabinet shops in Orange County, is seeking a skilled cabinet installer.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience
Experience with custom cabinetry and high-end installations
Ability to read measurements/layouts and complete installations with accuracy
Must have reliable vehicle and own tools
Ability to travel to local job sites
Must pass drug screen and physical
Responsibilities:
Install custom cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and millwork with precision
Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure proper alignment and finish
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and shop drawings
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and adjust installations on-site as needed
Communicate with project managers, contractors, and homeowners
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
