Toyota of Berkeley is recruiting T TEN graduates from Citrus College who are ready to take the next step into a high volume Toyota dealership. We understand the training you receive at Citrus College and we built this role around giving you the structure, tooling, and support needed to start strong.

If you are completing the T TEN program or have recently graduated, this is a direct pathway into a full time Toyota dealership with a clear track toward Expert, Master, and Master Diagnostic certification.

Career Path and Pay Progression

Graduates from Citrus College enter our shop at the Expert Technician level and move through the top Toyota certification tiers.

• Expert Technician 33 to 40 per hour, full line maintenance, repair, and foundational diagnostics
• Master Technician 40 to 48 per hour, hybrid systems, drivability, deep mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Master Diagnostic Technician 50 to 55 per hour, the highest Toyota factory certification with full diagnostic authority

Requirements

• Completion of the Toyota T TEN program at Citrus College or another certified campus
• Valid driver license with clean record
• Reliable, teachable, and ready for a fast paced shop
