🔧 Adult Welding Instructor – Responsibilities & Requirements:
We’re looking for instructors with expertise in:
- MIG Welding
- TIG Welding
You must be:
- Highly skilled in the subject you want to teach
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoy interacting with others
- Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed
- Professional, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable leading a class and maintaining a positive learning environment
Duties include:
-Teaching safety, shop rules, clean-up, and tool etiquette
- Starting and ending class on time with prepared content
- Managing class paperwork (evaluations, pass/fail records)
- Reporting equipment or material issues to management
- Providing encouragement and guidance to students at all levels
