We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team in Buena Park, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for welding, structural fabrication, and assembly of commercial or industrial air conditioning (AC) systems. Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds on various metal components, framework, and sheet metal specific to industrial AC units.
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings to align and weld parts precisely.
Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic air tools (such as grinders, drills, and air rivets) to prepare metal pieces and finish products.
Assist in the structural assembly of HVAC/AC units, ensuring all metal components are securely bonded and meet quality standards.
Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and defects. Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all safety and PPE protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Welder, preferably within a manufacturing, HVAC, or structural assembly environment.
Strong experience working with various types of metal (steel, aluminum, etc.) and a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes.
Must have hands-on experience operating both air (pneumatic) and electric power tools.
Ability to follow strict manufacturing guidelines and safety procedures to ensure high-quality production.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift metal components throughout a standard manufacturing shift.
