We keep all key trades in-house — Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, and Finish Carpentry — which means consistent work, real mentorship, and a clear path to advance your career. We are expanding our framing division and looking for a motivated apprentice carpenter ready to grow.
- Who We're Looking For -
We are looking for one skilled individual with solid framing experience — someone who has worked in the field, knows the fundamentals, and is ready to take the next step toward Journeyman level. You may currently be working at a 2nd- or 3rd-level apprentice level; what matters most is your hands-on experience, work ethic, and drive to grow.

* Read and interpret blueprints and framing plans
* Cut and install studs, plates, headers, beams, and blocking
* Perform layout, squaring, and plumb/level checks
* Install structural supports, posts, and openings for windows and doors
* Operate framing nailers, circular saws, and layout tools safely
* Coordinate with other trades during the rough-in phase
* Load, carry, and organize materials at job sites
* Report progress and any issues to the Foreman or Project Manager
* Maintain a clean and safe job site to company standards daily
- Requirements -
* 3 years of hands-on framing experience in residential or light commercial construction
* Ability to read blueprints and work from structural drawings
* Proficient with framing nailers, circular saws, and layout tools
* Solid understanding of framing standards and building codes
* Must own a smartphone ($25/month phone reimbursement provided)
* Must own a basic tool belt and hand tools
* Reliable transportation to job sites
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in various field conditions
* Good physical condition and stamina
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
* Good communication skills — able to take and report on instructions
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- What We Offer -
* $25–$28/hr based on level and experience
* Steady, full-time work throughout Orange County
* $25/month phone reimbursement
* Simple IRA retirement plan with company match
* Real growth path: Apprentice → Journeyman → Foreman → Senior Foreman → Division Manager
* Hands-on mentorship from an experienced in-house framing crew
* Cross-training opportunities in other trades after one year
- Interview Schedule -
Interviews are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. First interviews are conducted via Zoom; qualified candidates will be invited for an in-person follow-up.
- How to Apply -
We are not just filling a position — we are building a team of skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft, lead by example, and want to grow within a company that invests in them. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
