Up for sale is this used Telesteps Model 126 telescoping ladder. It is medium duty Type 2 ladder, OSHA-certified, capable of supporting 225 pounds, and extends to a maximum of 12.5 feet. It's got 12 rungs but the top one cannot be used as a step.
This is a genuine Telesteps, not one of the knock-offs.
Includes a photocopy of the original manual.
There are scuffs and scratches on the outside but it is in perfect working order.
Price is firm--if you want to spend less there are the knock-off brands and also plain old fiberglass A-frame ladders at Home Depot. These extending ladders are good for vanlife/RV use or for apartment dwellers who occasionally need to get up on the roof. Also good for installers/contractors who don't use a ladder often but sometimes need one in a pinch. It fits easily in a car trunk.
