Compensation: Hourly/Salery DOE
The role of the In-House Account Technical Support Technician is to maintain and service accounts as needed. This will include data record maintenance, assisting key account managers, and offering direct over the phone technical support for customer on specific platforms.
Abilities will include:
Specific technical oversight with our digital solutions offerings (Point of Sale Systems and Payment Card Industry), learning and knowing application solutions and their corresponding platforms to be a technical help and resource for our customers. Must have good work ethic and on phone conversation skills. Ability to convey technical help and guide clients over the phone with courtesy and in a respectful manner is a must.
Systems specific to: Clover Point of Sale and associated apps.
Clover Point of Sale Systems Experience Strongly Recommended!
