ERP Technical Support Representative
Exciting opportunity to work with a growing software company, MIE Solutions, Inc. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment regarding customer questions, comments, and concerns. We are looking for Technicians to handle support requests from our clients.
Responsibilities and duties:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Walking customers through the process of achieving their goal with the software by providing actionable steps - whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug, troubleshooting issues, or something else entirely.
Respond to open tickets by phone or email and resolve and close in a timely manner.
Provide and work on SQL scripts, embedded reports, and other tools with and within the software to resolve customer issues and requests.
Refer difficult cases to or gain insight from a senior technician to resolve.
Refer advanced programming issues to development.
Review documents for accuracy.
Assist with various interdepartmental internal tasks.
Carry out all daily tasks and duties in a manner in keeping with and advancing MIE Solutions services, Vision, Strategies, Values, and KPI's.

Customer Service Manager
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have a technical support background preferably 3 plus years
Strong drive towards superior customer satisfaction and proven ability to WOW customers
Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
An understanding of business processes
Enthusiastic self-starter capable of working independently, as well as in small teams
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred understanding of purchase orders, work order reports, P.O. receiving, sales orders and reports.
Preferred experience with ERP Software
Preferred experience with report writing tools
Preferred SQL knowledge
Desired Certification and Education:
Preferred Bachelors in related field
