We are a Merchant Services company; which means we provide payment/credit card processing to businesses. We are looking to hire an experienced Support/Service Technician to handle incoming calls, work on issues with POS equipment, and set up POS equipment.
We are looking for full-time employees to work in the office.
What we are looking for:
• Support technician experience
• Troubleshooting computer/technical equipment experience
• A Confident Phone Voice
• Ability to work independently
• Diligence to notate work progress
• Some College completed is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
Duties include phone interaction with merchants/business owners. You will also be working on resolving customer's complex issues. Hours offered Monday-Friday 5AM-6PM (8hours daily).
Bonuses awarded monthly. Plenty of room for growth.
