We are a fast-growing express carwash dedicated to providing top-tier service and a clean, safe environment for our customers. Our facility runs efficiently thanks to the hard work of our in-house Building Engineer—and now, we’re looking to add a reliable and motivated Building Engineer Assistant to the team.
Position Overview:
As our Building Engineer Assistant, you’ll work directly under our experienced Building Engineer to keep our equipment and facilities in top shape. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, as well as computer savvy. You need to be eager to learn and grow into a more skilled position over time.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing carwash equipment
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the interconnectivity of our multiple computer systems.
• Support minor IT and computer-related tasks (e.g., camera systems, POS issues)
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility
• Help monitor and maintain electrical and water systems

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical areas and supply rooms
• Be willing to learn and take on increasing responsibilities over time
What We’re Looking For:
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and computer systems (wiring, tools, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from a senior technician
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform labor-intensive tasks
• Experience in electrical, or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; technical school a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license
