This cannon is fully functional. I just went through it. Servicing included dry film graphite lubrication of charging assembly, and installation of new igniter flint. Comes with new unopened 1 pound can of calcium carbide (Bangsite), and 100 extra 3mm igniter flints. With that much Bangsite, you can start a war ! But if you fire this thing off in the neighborhood, it'll be the neighbors declaring war on you...just sayin...
