My son is liquidating all his RC gear including 3 Custom Built Xpress Roadrunner chassis with Honda NSX custom-painted HPI polycarbonate shells. These were built but never run. They have been stored.
This car was partially complete and will need to be finished. The ESC needs a connecting plug to either a NiMH or Lithium battery connector. Your choice! You will need to program the ESC with the included programming card. You will also need to supply your own radio gear and body clips.
Note: none of the electronics have been powered on.
This car is priced below anything we found online for Xpress Roadrunner Vintage Chassis.
CAR DESCRIPTION
This chassis has a high-end brushless ESC/motor combination for high performance. This RC car features a light fiber chassis with 4 wheel belt drive. This chassis was designed to compete in ROAR and NORRCA national championships. The Roadrunner was popular in early 2000s. The chassis is highly sought after. See the last 3 photos for COMPS on the chassis and built-up cars. Highly used and beat-up chassis are selling for $100 and 120 on eBay without wheels, tires, or any electronics. A fully built Roadrunner Pro is priced at $350 and is receiving a lot of views. The motor-ESC combo is new, and it sold for over $100! Painted HPI bodies are over $30. This car is a great value for someone wanting to have a fast road racer or drift car.
