Completely remodeled in 2016, this 800 SF home is the perfect place to enjoy phenomenal ocean and sunset views from both inside the home as well as on the new wrap-around deck, complete with outdoor seating and dining and a new jacuzzi hot tub.

Enter the main cottage through the sunlit and well-equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances and ample pantry space. An ocean-view breakfast nook next to the kitchen seats 4 with a bar for 2 more and is perfect for dining in with friends and family.

The charming beach-themed central living room of the main cottage invites you to enjoy the quaint touch of a natural beach-stone fireplace complete with a 42" tv. It is the perfect place from which to enjoy beautiful ocean views and magnificent sunsets.

A large sliding glass door in the living room opens to a newly built, indoor-outdoor deck with exquisite ocean views. A newly installed hot tub is positioned to take advantage of the ocean views and the ever-changing western sky. Enjoy outdoor dining with a barbecue and seating for 6. A cozy fire pit and casual seating on the large ocean view deck make this the perfect place to relax any time.

In the front of the main cottage next to the living room is the first bedroom, which boasts a queen size bed and a stellar view of the Pacific. Corner windows open the room up to enjoy the ocean breezes and the sounds of the surf. There is a full bathroom conveniently located just down the hall from this room.

The master bedroom in the main cottage has a queen size bed and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room is equipped with a 42” wall mounted flat screen TV and its own A/C and heater unit.

The 3rd queen-sized bedroom is located in the guest cottage just steps away from the main cottage. It has a 42” wall-mounted flat screen TV and its own A/C and heating unit for your comfort.

There is a stacked washer/dryer combo on the back porch.

The home is an easy stroll to Prospect Street, a main street in world-renowned La Jolla Village. Perfect for families with children or pets, this beach cottage will comfortably sleep up to six people. With its close proximity to La Jolla's sandy beaches and shopping, restaurants in La Jolla Village, and easy access to freeways, this cottage is the ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

A/C for the individual rooms is by their respective wall units, controlled by a wireless remote. Heating for the entire house is central via a thermostat in the living room. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
