I have a master bedroom with its own private bathroom for rent. The house is in Buena Park. It’s very close to Cypress College. The closest cross-streets are Lincoln Ave and Valley View Street. It is a single story house in a great neighborhood. My wife, our 2 daughter’s and I live here, so it’s a mellow, 4 bedroom family home. It’s very peaceful here. We’re looking to keep it that way. I’m looking for someone who works full time Monday thru Friday. No remote jobs where you stay at home all day. I do need verification of employment, such as paystubs or a reference like your boss. You will have kitchen privileges, but must clean up after yourself. We’re not going to be anybody’s maids. Just be respectful basically. Common courtesy is all we ask. You also will have access to the washer and dryer as well during reasonable hours of the day. Parking is on the street. Plenty of parking though. Street sweeping is on Mondays. Every Monday. It is your responsibility to not get a ticket and move your car. We will not pay for the ticket. There is Spectrum Cable and Internet/WiFi as well. You can have a mini fridge in your room if you want. We also have central air and heat so don’t worry you won’t be hot this summer at all! We are looking for a single person preferably, but will consider a couple. If we do take a couple, they have to be drama free. No yelling or fighting here. Take it elsewhere. Also, nobody on probation or parole either. No drug addicts or alcoholics as well. No pets of any kind. No visitors allowed. Not in the house or in front of the house. Remember this is a family home, not a party house. All of our neighbors are very polite and respectful so please give the same courtesy in return. No socializing or bothering our neighbors either please. We are requiring a security deposit that will be the same amount of the first month’s rent. You will get that security deposit back upon your move out, as long as our requirements are met. We will require a 30 day notice to move out at minimum and of course, return the room back to us in the same condition you got the room in. Then you will get the deposit back. Otherwise the deposit will go towards repairs if necessary. Any other questions, or if you are interested in renting the room give me a call. The security deposit will be needed to be paid in full before moving in along with the first month’s rent. Also, the security deposit can’t be used for your last month rent. Your last month rent needs to be paid and the security deposit will be returned based upon the condition of the room and a 30 day notice given to us prior to move out.
