Fully furnished lovely cottage/house conveniently located in Costa Mesa. Numerous colleges and universities, like Vanguard, Orange Coast College, California State University Fullerton, UCI, are nearby. Churches such as Saddleback Church and The Crossing and Calvary Chapel are all within minutes drive. Huge entertainment venues like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm the Verizon Center, The Honda Center the Queen Mary, Huntington Beach World Surfing Championships, Laguna Beach pageant of the Masters and numerous art galleries are minutes away.
Hoag Hospital, College Hospital, Fountain Valley Hospital, etc are minutes away.
I am in my sixties, very mellow, well educated, and I have an emotional support cat named Logan. I like to dime in some of the most wonderful restaurants in the world that are minutes away. Capital Grille, The Five Crowns, Scott's seafood, are all excellent. The world's best shopping is within minutes for example South Coast Plaza, Crystal Court, The Lab, too many malls to mention.
The e cottage has a private drive that leads to your private parking space on the premises that leads to your private entrance into the master bedroom, there is a washer and dryer, four burner stove full size refrigerator numerous kitchen appliances a beautiful dining room a dedicated study area with a Smart TV. All utilities; cable, internet, fast Wi-Fi, Gas, electric, water, sewer, lawn Service and trash service are all paid for. There is a large backyard that leads directly into a beautiful master bedroom perfect for a small dog, and also a doggie run on the side of the house.
The master bedroom has a large green HD cable television, two large clothes dressers, a large closet, air conditioning, remote control rotating tower fan, a sound machine to help you to sleep better at night, an air cleaner, large ceiling fan, you name it, I have probably got it. $1850.00 per person with one small dog with all of the amenities that I have
mentioned, with quick, easy freeway access is a great deal.
