This is a used Orthopedic Knee Brace that I had to relive the pain from arthritis and a MCL tear on the inside of my right knee prior to knee replacement. The brace uses small cables to straiten the joint, relieving the pressure on the bone on bone rubbing caused by arthritis or the instability caused by a tear. If used for the left knee it would relive the pain on the outside of the knee versus the inside.
