Condition is great (I purchased this as an open box unit from microcenter), but it does have some light scratches on the plastic shroud and on the metal backplate - nothing major and it's not noticeable, even in a case with glass side panels. Works great. I paid $3300 after taxes (can provide receipt). This is one of the biggest out there at 360mm long, but it's also the coolest in terms of temps.
