We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help support our customers, sales operations, and daily business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, both in person, at the will-call counter and over the
phone/email.
- Manage sales transactions, invoicing, and order processing.
- Handle shipping and receiving of products.
- Accurately maintain records using Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Complete.
- Assist customers with technical product questions related to tooling (drills, inserts, holders, end mills,
taps, abrasives, etc.).
- Take initiative on projects and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with team members and follow directions from multiple managers/supervisors.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and shipping/receiving (required).
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software.
- Prior experience in a machine shop or familiarity with tooling and abrasives (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing and data entry.
