What You’ll Do as a Settlement Officer:

Handle a high volume of inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
Build trust with clients by understanding their financial needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Assist clients with IRS authorizations, payment arrangements, and document completion.
Manage leads effectively in our CRM and follow proper protocols.
Close deals using proven persuasion techniques and maximize every opportunity.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in sales – Mortgage, tax relief, debt settlement, student loans, or similar is highly valued.
Excellent communicator – Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
Driven & Resilient – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are hungry for success.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems and managing leads effectively.
Coachable & Growth-Minded – Ready to learn and apply advanced sales techniques.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!
