Santa Ana based BTOB Technology company is gearing up for a record year and currently seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, take-charge, industry leading Sales Manager. We provide Technology and hardware used by majority of businesses nationwide in our specific industry.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of BTOB or BTOC sales experience.
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting
Great presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to go to Trade Shows and
• 1+ year sales management experience.
• Be able to train the team on a regular basis
• Be able to hire sales people
• Be able to travel to Trade shows. We would have Trade Shows 4-5 times a year.
• All expenses will be covered by the company.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Possess a Valid driver’s license and have a reliable car
