POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Plumbing Drain Line Sales Representative to meet with customers on-site, inspect drain and sewer systems, and present repair and replacement options.
You will work directly with customers who:
Have active drain backups, sewer failures, or recurring issues
Need immediate professional solutions
Are already calling us for help
This is a 100% commission-based role for motivated professionals who want uncapped income, freedom, and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING
You will sell real solutions to real problems, including:
Sewer line repairs & replacements
Trenchless pipe lining (CIPP)
Drain line replacements (ABS, cast iron, clay, Orangeburg)
Hydro-jetting & advanced drain cleaning
Camera inspections & diagnostics
Preventative drain & sewer solutions
Average tickets range from $1,500 to $65,000+, depending on scope.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to company-provided leads (no cold knocking)
Perform on-site inspections of drain and sewer systems
Use camera inspections and diagnostics to identify issues
Clearly explain findings to homeowners and property managers
Present multiple repair options (good / better / best)
Build trust through professionalism and confidence
Close same-day work when appropriate
Accurately document scopes of work
Coordinate with operations to move projects forward
Maintain high ethical standards and customer satisfaction

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
REQUIRED
Experience in plumbing, drain, sewer, or home-services sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
Valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and attitude
Comfortable using inspection cameras and basic tech tools
Ability to work independently and manage time
Construction or plumbing field experience
Experience selling high-ticket home services
