We Are Looking For:
Do you have a competitive drive and excellent communication skills? We are a rapidly growing home services company seeking motivated Remote Appointment Setters to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, setting high-quality appointments for our expert consultants.
What You'll Do:
* Use our automated dialer system to connect with potential customers.
* Clearly explain the benefits of our solar, roofing, and HVAC services.
* Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
* Achieve and exceed weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
* Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* A positive, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
* Previous phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a huge plus.
* Must be coachable and able to follow a script while sounding natural.
