FCA Legal Funding is growing and looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to build strong, lasting partnerships with personal injury law firms across Southern California.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage a defined territory of law firms across Southern California
Conduct in-person visits and attend networking events and mixers
Represent FCA as the face of the brand — polished, personable, and professional
Use social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to expand your network and support your outreach
Educate firms on FCA’s services: legal funding, policy limits, medical coordination, and investigations
Track and grow your territory performance
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience
Legal, medical, or financial industry background a plus
Confident communicator — approachable, articulate, and proactive
Comfortable and active on social media for relationship building and branding
Competitive, growth-oriented, and goal-driven personality
Organized, self-motivated, and confident working independently
