We are a growing call center located at:
Irvine,CA
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Debt Settlement Sales & Customer Service Team. If you have experience in debt settlement, debt relief, collections, or call center sales/customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
* Speak with prospective and existing clients regarding debt settlement programs
* Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
* Handle inbound calls
* Educate clients on available debt relief options
* Overcome objections and help clients find the best solution
* Retain clients and resolve customer concerns
* Follow up with leads and existing accounts
* Document all conversations and account activity in the CRM
* Maintain product knowledge and compliance standards
* Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
Requirements:
* Sales and/or customer service experience required
* Debt settlement, debt relief, collections, or call center experience preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Punctual and dependable
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required

* Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
