What You’ll Do:
Respond to internet leads and assist customers with vehicle inquiries
Help customers find the right used vehicle based on their needs and budget
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers
Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Close sales and meet monthly performance goals
Stay up to date on inventory and industry trends
Work closely with the sales team and management to improve results
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive sales or related sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to follow up consistently and close deals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
Valid California Driver’s License
CA DMV Occupational Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
