Signature Products LLC is a growing and ambitious supplier of critical data center infrastructure. We specialize in Server Racks, Wall Mount Brackets, Relay Racks, Cable Management, and related hardware. We are building a professional team to serve a national market and are looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to be a cornerstone of our growth.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to develop and grow our business. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting data center contractors, distributors, and end-users. This is a key role with a clear career path, offering the stability of a salary with the upside of performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business with target accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
Manage and grow an assigned territory and account list.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to the CEO.
Represent the company professionally at industry events.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus: Lucrative quarterly bonus based on monthly sales volume exceeding $100,000.
Earn 3% of all sales revenue above the $100,000 monthly threshold.
Example 1: If you achieve $150,000 in sales in a month, your bonus is 3% of $50,000 = $1,500 for that month.
Example 2: If you achieve $225,000 in sales in a month, your bonus is 3% of $125,000 = $3,750 for that month.
Bonuses are calculated per month and paid quarterly.

Who You Are (Requirements):
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in data center, IT hardware, construction, or industrial products.
A strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and build a pipeline from scratch.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of data center infrastructure is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites (approx. 20-30%).
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
