Event Sales Coordinator
Location: ANAHEIM CA
Pay: $21.50 per hour plus 2% Commission on any bookings to book
Schedule:
Sunday & Wednesday OFF
Monday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Thursday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
We are a high-volume wedding, quinceañera, social events, and theater venue seeking an experienced sales closer who knows how to convert qualified leads into booked events.
If you are confident presenting premium packages, skilled at overcoming objections, and motivated by hitting revenue goals, this is a high-earning opportunity.
This is NOT an administrative role — it is a revenue-generating sales position.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads (phone, email, text, social media)
Conduct venue tours and present packages ($15K+)
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into booked clients
Manage pipeline and client communication in CRM (EventPro360 preferred)
Prepare proposals, contracts, and payment schedules
Meet or exceed monthly booking and revenue goals
Upsell enhancements and add-ons
Othe duties related to our industry will apply
Qualifications
7+ years of sales experience (event or hospitality preferred)
Proven closing skills and objection handling
CRM experience (EventPro360 or similar)
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable working weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
