What you will do as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Spend your day on the phone!
o Take inbound calls from clients responding to our direct mail marketing
o Make outbound calls, send emails and texts to follow up on your pipeline of leads
o We look for a minimum of 4 hours of talk time per day.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services
• Convey empathy and understanding for our clients' financial situations and successfully communicate why our program is the best option for them
• Be an effective closer
• Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all sales monthly sales goals are met
