Not Included:
- City Fees (application, school, and other development fees, are not included).
- Structural Engineering (can range between $1,400 - $1,600 depending on your current garage design & desired design)
- Misc. reports if applicable required by the city (i.e. grading, soil, LID, perc tests, etc. )
- *HVAC, Full MEP (most cities don't require), and Solar (done by those trades when your Contractor is pulling permits)
