I am looking to rent a room in a family oriented house starting February 1st for myself 🤙 starting anywhere from $600 to $800 with utilities included 💵 I want Wifi 🔌 Cooking 🍳 and Laundry 🧺 in the house to be part of the rental plan 🤝 I am 30 years old 👴 I am a single straight Male 👨‍👩‍👧 not looking for any hookups. I am clean and considerate🧹 I do not drink 🍺 or bring the party home 🤢

I like to play Music 🎶 in my car and like to watch Movies 🎥 when I come home from work. I learned to play Guitar 🎸 in 2007 and can play other instruments like Drums 🪘 and Keyboard 🎹. I was never in a band through out high school so I decided to produce electronic music in 2011 💻 Right now I am looking for a spacious room I can make music in🏡Listening loud before 10 Pm would be nice 🎧
