Would love to be considered. I’m a clean well mannered and respectful Single Dad. I have my Son with me full time he’s 11. He’s a great kid who will cause zero issues. He rides his bike or walks to the park. He understands adult boundaries and is good with all animals an other kids.

We’re already in a similar situation but the lease of our current home is ending on the 5 of Oct.

We rent one bedroom and my Son sleeps on the couch in the living room.

Ask for my number, we can meet immediately. I will always have rent on time. We don’t own much just clothes and computers/desks. I also have a big screen tv and entertainment center that is in my room. Queen bed. Few more items Etc

We need a place ASAP immediately before the end of the Sept DESPERATELY. As a Father it hurts to even ask or be in this situation.

I don't drink,smoke or party.
I live simply.

Current budget is $1100 but can increase once we're back on our feet.

Looking for a place in South Orange County. Laguna Hills, MV, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Dana etc.
