I have my Son with me full time he’s 11. He’s a great kid. He rides his bike or walks to the park. He understands adult boundaries and is good with all animals and other kids.
We rent one master bedroom and my Son sleeps on the couch in the living room. It’s cramped but we try to make due.
Ask for my number, we can meet immediately. I will always have rent on time. We don’t own much just clothes and 2 computers/desks. I also have a big screen tv and entertainment center that is in my room. Queen bed.
Few more items Etc We can send pictures. He also has a Bearded dragon and it's tank. It is friendly and docile.

As a Father it hurts to even ask or be in this situation.
