Hello, I am a single mother who is in search of a space where my 2 kids and I will be safe. I am a full-time employed educator who works in Special Education in Buena Park school district. My budget is $750 and i can provide proof of pay-stubs, first month's rent as well as security deposit. I do have split-custody so my kids will be with me 2 weeks at a time of the month and other 2 weeks with their father. I hope this reaches an honest renter who is willing to understand I am just trying to peacefully coexist in the same space.
