HI, looking for a room with a bath and cooking privileges. I do have a small well behaved dog. I am 67yr old female and very quiet and respectful. Perfer someone close to my age. Looking for something around $1,000. I can also do caregiving for reduced rent. I have a bed and a few tables. Also own kitchen utensils. I moved to Palm Desert a few months ago and is not working.
