Hi, I am seeking a private room with bath for rent. Bath can be outside bedroom close by. I am 67 female very quiet and respectful. No drama. Would like kitchen privileges because I don't eat out. Have own kitchen supplies as well and pantries. Have my own car and could help with transportation or cooking and light housekeeping. I am a caregiver and work part-time. I prefer not multiple roommates or someone that parties. Other pets are ok but my dog doesn't like big dogs lol sorry. I would consider surrounding nice areas. I also love to garden. Just a peaceful environment. Have references as well.
