Looking for a quiet place to live with small dog. I Am 67yr. Old female and a caregiver working part-time but have other income. Very quiet and a small dog who is well trained. No drama. Would like kitchen privileges because I don't eat out. Can help with cooking and cleaning. Looking to move by end of year. Prefer driveway parking. Not looking for multiple roommates. Would like to stay in surrounding area but open to others.
